BADISA se voorsitter, oom Dirks, noem hulle "flenter" mense.
Het jy geweet: "Evil wins when good people do nothing."

Dag Uitstappie

DRUG LORDS TARGET SMALL TOWNS.
Many rural towns across South Africa that have been targeted by syndicates are ill-equipped to resist, drug abuse experts said on Thursday.
The Medical Research Council said drug trafficking groups have expanded their operations to smaller towns on an increasing basis.
Like legitimate businesses, drug dealing syndicates also compete among themselves, constantly expanding their nefarious activities.
In recent months the MRC said these networks have been moving into small, rural towns.
Drug lords reportedly believe that law enforcement in such towns is not as effective as urban areas.
Annette Hubschle, from the institute for Security Studies, said small coastal towns were also equally important to traffickers.
"The majority of drugs still go out on ships along the coast like Knysna; and ultimately the drugs have to arrive in these places, for dealers and runners," said Hubschle.
Many rural towns also lack adequate drug treatment facilities.
